Meanwhile, in news from another hemisphere, I make brief appearances in two new Surrealist publications from Latin America.
The latest issue of Dazet contains a new Spanish translation of my poem “Tarzan”, originally published in The Reality Binge Trick. The issue also boasts a handsome bestiary of monsters and an invitation to play a Surrealist game, among other things. Dazet is available from Juan Carlos Otaño of the Río de le Plata Surrealist Group (or from me actually, I have some spare copies, so drop me a line if you fancy one).
And the August issue of the online Brazilian periodical Agulha Revista De Cultura includes my joint responses (with Paul Cowdell) to an enquiry on contemporary Surrealism, entitled “Seven Submerged Views”. The issue as a whole is devoted to responses to the enquiry from 36 contributors worldwide.
Take a peek behind the veil.
